Keltec KT 45 sopii paaleille, joiden maksimihalkaisija on 1800 mm.

Paalin leikkaus tapahtuu järeää ylärunkoa vasten samalla kun pihti nappaa automaattisesti muovin.

Muovi ja verkko pysyvät leveässä pihdissä, joka aukeaa ja päästää ne irti vasta, kun terä on täysin alhaalla.

Keltec paalileikkuri toimii myös Suomen talvella jäätyneillä paaleilla.
