Juuri valmistunut, laadukkaasti valmistettu mekaaninen kaatokiila. Tällä varmistat kaadettavan puun suuntaa tehokkaasti. Voidaan käyttää räikkävääntimellä tai esimerkiksi akku pulttipyssyllä


Runko: 5mm S355 terästä, Maalattu Teknolac Combi 50, RAL 2008 -väri)


Akseli: M24 kierretankoa lujuus 8.8, likasuojattu.


Muovikiila: POM muovia, pituus 190mm


Peltiosat: 1,5mm ruostumaton teräs, kiinnitetty

runkoon 12,9 lujuuden ruuvein 6kpl, kemiallinen lukitus


Erikoiskahva/pidin: Säädettävä ja lukittava. Materiaali Ruostumaton teräs. Mukaan myös yleismallinen T kahva. Molemmat lukittavia.


Työntävä kierreholkki muovissa: 35mm messinkiä


Työntöpituus: MAX 90mm (merkitty)


Vääntiö: 17mm Bahco voimatulppa hylsy jossa puolentuuman istukka koneella tai räikällä käyttämistä varten. Hylsy lukittu akselin päähänputkisokalla.


Laakerointi: Kartiorullalaakeri (Timken) ja neulalaakeri. Suun neulalaakeri suojattu lialta muovi holkilla.


Voitelu: Rasvanipat 2 kpl Rungonläpi akselille ja laakereille. Muovikiilan kyljestä ruuville.


Kevyt kokoamis rasvaus tehty.
